We are currently seeking a skilled and meticulous Financial Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting, administrative, and secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of financial principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in accordance with established protocols.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
  • Record customer invoices and send reminders as needed.
  • Arrange for customer payments and follow up as necessary.
  • Provide support for month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Communicate periodic updates to management regarding finance activities.
  • Perform supplementary tasks related to administration and accounts.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors as required.
  • Ensure proper filing of financial documents and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent English language proficiency is necessary.
