Process Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to join our CoE team at Equiniti. As a Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in building detailed process maps, reviewing controls, and identifying process gaps across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized process flows using BPMN standards.
- Identify opportunities to optimize end-to-end processes across the organization.
- Work closely with operations and transition teams to understand migrating processes and review process flows for potential gaps.
- Ensure effective integration of control measures into daily process flows.
- Perform trend analysis to anticipate potential challenges and implement preventive measures.
- Support operations and risk teams in implementing robust control frameworks.
- Periodically review and update revised processes and controls with operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience with a minimum of 1-3 years as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in using business process mapping tools.
- Understanding of BPMN methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in process modeling and analysis techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of work/process standardization, risk identification, and controls.
