Job Title: Content Manager

This role offers the opportunity to support operational, quality and production aspects of global pricing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support daily file production oversight and management.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams in Manila and Hyderabad.
  • Follow up production delays and quality issues including tracking metrics and proactively following up and liaising with other teams to ensure appropriate investigations are carried out.

Project Leadership and Involvement:

  • New content development – Spec'ing new third party and proprietary content, directing engineering, and integrating content into the workstation.
  • Active planning, involvement, oversight and direction of data development projects including adding new content on the Workstation and Feeds.
  • Identification of, and active involvement in projects to improve data quality, production processes and procedures.
  • Testing application, FQL, API and data changes and additions.

  • Project Management skills
  • Financial knowledge and business acumen (product knowledge) To understand the business and working tools
  • In-depth product and/or data expertise and proven ability to deliver high quality work integral to the function/process in question
  • Exhibited expertise to help position content enhancements into key workflows
  • Ability to communicate with, and influence the activities of, a diverse range of stakeholders while having no direct people management responsibilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate the product/project requirements and troubleshoot system errors
