Job Title: Quality Management Specialist

The role of a Quality Management Specialist is to ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within an organization. This involves understanding the company's values and vision, aligning activities accordingly, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Protect Intellectual Property.
  • Collaborate with other line functions to collect and provide relevant data.
  • Learn new and existing business solutions in the SAP PP/QM area used by the customer.
  • Maintain close communication with the ABAP development team.
  • Gather requirements for configuration to meet business needs and enhance business processes.
  • Coordinate with business users, managers, and leads to ensure seamless integration of processes and modules across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer relationship management with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare user training documents and deliver effective user training sessions.
