Job Title: Electrical Engineer Solar Commissioning

As a skilled electrical engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our solar mounting solutions company's success.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in rooftop solar installations at scale.
  • Key responsibilities include contributing to the design, cost optimization, packaging, and execution of innovative rooftop solar systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (a master's is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC, preferably with 3-10 kWp systems
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and commissioning of solar rooftop projects
  • Familiarity with solar structures, mounting systems, and innovative installation methodologies

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and coordinating work with internal teams (structural, design, and project engineers)
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, manufacturing, and packaging) to deliver end-to-end EPC solutions
  • Providing inputs for innovative and tool-less installation methodologies
  • Helping identify and onboard additional electrical engineers to strengthen the EPC execution team
  • Contributing to the development of 'click system' and tool-less installation methods for rooftop kits
  • Compiling and analyzing installer feedback (manual + AI tools) for product improvement
  • Supporting discussions with suppliers, packaging companies, and manufacturing partners for cost-effective and innovative solutions
  • Ensuring packaging is installer-friendly (QR code tutorials, sequenced unpacking, reusable branded accessory box, dual-use packaging templates)
