Quality Assurance Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team at Neurones-IT-Asia. This is a remote position that offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure software bugs are detected early in the Software Development Lifecycle by working closely with development teams to promote continuous alignment.
  • Implement automated tests for multiple testing scenarios across various country instances, focusing on the early detection of bugs and risks.
  • Continuously extend automation test coverage to support early bug and risk detection, collaborating with country distribution and core domain squads.
  • Propose process improvements aligned with our continuous improvement strategy and drive their implementation.
  • Mastery of required tools and components to perform assigned tasks, following company-adopted software development best practices and methodologies.
  • Produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality-as-everyone's-responsibility strategy.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of solid experience in automated testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience in building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar tools.
  • Background in continuous integration/deployment environments.
  • Experience building tests in microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
