Job Title: Senior Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead our automation testing efforts. As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave). Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of our web applications, web services, and REST APIs through end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.
  • Design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
  • Collaborate with Test Manager, Product Managers, BAs, and Developers to assess test scenarios and define test requirements using risk-based testing methodology.
  • Plan and perform end-to-end test activities: test strategy, plan, conditions, scripts, data, reporting, and execution.
  • Covering Product Test, Integration Test, Technical Test, and Deployment Test.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
