Job Description:

The role of an Offline Marketing Specialist is to drive all on-ground marketing efforts, increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions. This position oversees the planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, community events, and interschool competitions.

This specialist will develop a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning. Key responsibilities include identifying key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.

Key Event Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Plan, promote, and execute events such as open houses, school orientations, RWA activations, community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, fairs, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with admissions teams to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce effective offline marketing materials.
  • Align offline efforts with digital campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing teams.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track return on investment (ROI) on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
