Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our quality test engineering initiatives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for assigned projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
  • Configure, maintain, and administer testing tools and environments to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate process improvements to enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
  • Research available tools and lead or participate in initiatives to identify and implement those that cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
  • Identify areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality and implement initiatives improving testing capability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of quality test engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of automation experience testing Salesforce.com applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks, and version control.
