Job Description

As a senior data scientist, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced machine learning models to drive business growth.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain robust ML pipelines from inception to deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in deep learning and vision/NLP research.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building complete ML products, from problem analysis to production deployment.
  • Theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in deep learning/computer vision/NLP.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate algorithms.
  • Experience working with text-only and multimodal SLMS, including finetuning and building robust eval pipelines.
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Good programming skills, especially relevant to building robust ML models.
