  • Configure Oracle HCM Journeys for onboarding, offboarding, probation, and other business-critical processes.
  • Lead workshops, conduct system demos, and provide expert guidance on best practices for Journey's implementation and configuration.
  • Customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications using tools such as Oracle Application Composer, HCM Data Loader, and Fast Formula to address specific requirements.
  • Provide training and user support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and configuration, preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations, with experience in HR transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and tools, including Oracle Fusion Applications, HCM Data Loader, Application Composer, and Fast Formula.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
