Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to advise on the complex use of Oracle products, resolve highly complex and mission-critical issues, and provide formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting. Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security setup is desired.

You will also have experience in workflow configuration using BPM, Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, PBL), HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service etc. Additionally, you should have excellent communication, project/stakeholder/team management skills and experience, and strong documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting
  • Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security setup
  • Experience in workflow configuration using BPM, Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, PBL), HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service etc.
