About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced application support specialist to fill this position. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing OLTP applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to applications, including bugs and system failures.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Monitor and manage OLTP applications">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, including bugs and system failures">
  • Provide real-time technical support to users and stakeholders by resolving their queries">
  • Augment and integrate leading-edge tools and technologies">
  • Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, project managers and other engineers to achieve optimal solutions">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field">
  • Experience in application support and technical support">
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues">
  • Experience with trading platforms and financial services">
  • Very strong experience with SQL">
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages, preferably Python but bash will also do">
  • Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply">
  • Battle-tested production monitoring experience in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily">
  • Excellent communication skills">
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment">
