Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Delivery: Own technical execution for backend and frontend modules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Architect Excellence: Design high-performance services using Java and Spring Boot, built for scale and uptime.
  • Drive Backend Innovation: Enhance and evolve existing backend systems with scalable architecture patterns and thoughtful refactoring.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with technical peers, product managers, and occasionally with customer-facing teams to ensure alignment of business and tech priorities.

Requirements

7–10 years of backend experience, with recent hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot.

Proven experience building and scaling systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture.

Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning.

Leadership & Execution

Ability to own end-to-end delivery of backend and frontend features with high accountability.

Pragmatic decision-maker who focuses on value and execution over over-engineering.

Experience leading and mentoring engineers, conducting design reviews, and managing technical debt effectively.

Collaboration & Communication

Strong communication skills to influence technical decisions and align with business objectives.

Comfortable in customer-facing discussions, when needed, to represent technical perspectives.

Proven ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams in remote/hybrid setups.
