Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, fine-tune, and optimize models that power our conversational AI system.

  • Work with diverse datasets (structured, unstructured, and occasionally messy) to enrich our AI bestie's knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to bring 'wouldn't it be cool if...' ideas to life.
  • Monitor performance, cost, and ethics – ensuring great AI is also responsible and beneficial.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing (NLP).
  • Comfort with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Solid math and statistics foundation to diagnose model misbehavior.
  • Ability to prototype quickly, fail safely, and iterate rapidly.
  • Experience in productionizing models is a significant advantage – research is valuable, but shipping tangible results is magical.
