Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in Java, JavaScript, data and database design, SQL, XML, XSD, JSON, Linux and Web services.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in Retail industry is required.
  • In addition to technical skills, the candidate must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience with STIBO STEP systems configuration, development, architectural design and integration is a plus.
  • Ability to define deployment process and methodologies is also required.
  • Excellent documentation skills are necessary for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, reliable and maintainable systems.
  • Collaborate with product management and business teams to understand requirements and transform them into solutions and technical design documents.
  • Set up new integrations, add object types to the data model, Java Script business rules and workflow.
  • Debug business rules and any defect resolutions.
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable and extensible for future needs by running performance tests.
  • Work in close coordination with production support teams to ensure stability of the system during peak demands.
  • Build operational readiness and alerts/monitoring to help production support teams in their day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure PHI/PII data security and compliance.
  • Recommend solutions towards stability, maintainability, and scalability of the STIBO STEP implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in software development.
  • Expert technical experience in software development using Java, JavaScript, data and database design, SQL, XML, XSD, JSON, Linux and Web services.
  • Experience with STIBO STEP systems configuration, development, architectural design and integration.
  • Ability to define deployment process and methodologies.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Good understanding of relational database (Oracle, DB2 or SQL) and API RESTful services.
