Senior Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our team in Bangalore. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Agile methodologies and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends.
  • Contribute to retrospective sessions.
  • Offer assistance and seek help when needed.
  • Develop technical designs, including architecture and data models.
  • Maintain and develop the platform through coding.
  • Identify and resolve incidents efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC phases and Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with multi-tier architecture, web-based development, and Services-Oriented Architecture.
  • Awareness of Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Proficient in RESTful services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for learning and innovation.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with backend technologies, especially Java and Spring/SpringBoot frameworks.
  • Strong coding skills with relational databases (Postgres) and SQL.
  • Familiarity with containerized platforms (Docker and Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Maven, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SWIFT network/banking environment.
  • Mastery in software engineering tools.
  • Experience with behavior-driven development.

About the Role
