Job Title: Salesforce Cloud Solution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce cloud solution specialist to fill this challenging role. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and a deep understanding of cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Design and manage data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.
  • Cloud Solutions: Develop and implement cloud-based solutions using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Life Sciences Expertise: Strong knowledge in Life Sciences Cloud, a unified platform that integrates data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge in Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance (Einstein Trust Layer), Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.
  • Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Application Development: Knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.
