High-Voltage Inverter Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled High-Voltage Inverter Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems for high-voltage power inverters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop in-depth knowledge of HV Inverter Mechanical Design and development, including High voltage Inverter components like Power modules, DC Link capacitor, EMC filter, Shielding's.
  2. Apply knowledge on clearances and creepage, basic simulations on Structural, Thermal, etc. and Unigraphics NX (Modelling, Drafting, Plastic & casting design, Generative sheet metal, Generative shape design, DMU).
  3. Maintain excellent drafting knowledge and best practices according to international standards, as well as Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
  4. Contribute experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA), strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in High-Voltage Inverter Mechanical Design.
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD software such as Unigraphics NX, SolidWorks, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
