Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the organization's Governance, Risk Management (GRM) strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for effective Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of GRC professionals, promoting high performance and professional development.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on GRC performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs on GRC policies and procedures for employees across the organization.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
