Job Title: Automation Selenium Framework Developer

Seeking an experienced Automation Selenium Framework Developer to lead our team in the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

This role involves collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of automated testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and related technologies.

  • Design and develop robust Selenium automation frameworks for web applications, incorporating best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in test automation and software quality assurance.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • Perform cross-browser testing and ensure compatibility across different environments, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, defect identification, and problem resolution, utilizing excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, with strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing automation frameworks (BDD, data-driven, hybrid), with proficiency in test management and reporting tools like TestNG, Allure, or Extent Reports.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a focus on improving test automation processes and best practices.
