Our Finance Team

We are strengthening our finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth financial operations as we expand. This includes managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the organization's compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines
  • Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors
  • Support internal controls and improve accounting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Zoho Books, or similar)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
