Accounting Process Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Process Manager to oversee end-to-end financial reporting processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Ensure proper accounting of fixed assets, intercompany transactions, general ledger entries.
  • Perform variance analysis, investigate discrepancies, provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams AP, AR, FP&A, audit teams to resolve issues streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements internal controls corporate policies.
  • Drive process improvements automation initiatives to enhance efficiency accuracy.
  • Provide guidance support team members complex RTR-related queries.
  • Liaise with internal external auditors during audit cycles ensure timely closure audit points.
  • Maintain updated documentation processes SOPs controls.
