Job Title: Service Engineering Specialist

As a key member of our global service engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our service engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in mechanical drive trains and roller bearings, preferably in a similar role.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Qualities:

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, Windchill PLM, and SAP.

Language Skills: Fluency in English, with additional languages (German, Spanish, French) being an asset.
