The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring seamless functionality.

- Inventory Management: Strategically manage inventory, stock levels, download the stock report, and ensure optimal display of jewelry.
- Staff Attendance: Update the staff attendance report in the DC Core team with precision and accuracy.
- Cash Handling: Safeguard cash handling practices, reserving minimum cash and depositing excess cash to the respective branch current account.
- Service Standards: Maintain elevated standards of customer service and satisfaction, fostering a positive experience.
- Issue Resolution: Swiftly handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Staff Training: Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Sales Initiatives: Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve targets and maximize revenue, leveraging data analysis and market research.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive sales, fostering brand awareness and loyalty.
