Job Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel's physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.

  • Implement scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs for various systems, including air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
  • Communicate with management regarding possible improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Coordinate and inform management of any disruptions to service.

Adhere to safe work practices, efficient methods, proper preventative maintenance, and repair. Develop skills through training and hands-on experience.

Comply with all policies and procedures at all times. Be fully conversant with hotel emergency procedures.

Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings assigned by management. Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform.
