Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Etch Equipment Specialist to join our team. As an essential member, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading wet etch equipment in our 200/300mm fabrication facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance procedures for 200/300mm wet benches and single wafer processing tools.
  • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and resolve issues using established methodologies such as Fishbone and 8D.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PM planning, consumable procurement, and parts management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
  • Participate in the implementation of new equipment and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance.
  • A degree or diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
