**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Create annual financial plans and build comprehensive financial models
  • Monitor targets and make adjustments as needed against actual performance
  • Publish regular business reports and dashboards for leadership, investors, and management teams
  • Analyze revenue data and provide valuable insights
  • Closely monitor and reconcile data discrepancies, working with insurers and internal sales teams to resolve revenue gaps
  • Analyze cost KPIs, identify key metrics, and implement control measures to minimize leakages
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting for various processes

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong data collection and manipulation skills
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders to influence and persuade
  • Business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills with editorial expertise
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and financial models
