Senior Sports Content Editor Position

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sports content editor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and publishing high-quality articles that engage and inform our readers. This is a key role in shaping the editorial direction of our sports content and ensuring it meets the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and entertainment value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Editing and publishing 18-20 articles per day, working closely with writers, editors, and content managers to refine and elevate content
  • Fact-checking and research to ensure accuracy and value to readers
  • Mentoring writers to help them grow and evolve as contributors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Media/Journalism, or similar discipline
  • 6-12 months of experience in sports content editing, proofreading, or similar role
  • Strong command of the English language and understanding of American culture
  • Energy and creativity to bring engaging stories to life
