Job Description:

Texana World is a leading apparel manufacturing joint venture between two prominent companies, Texport Industries Pvt Limited and Busana Apparel Group. We are seeking an Industrial Operations Strategist to lead our production operations and drive efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements.

About the Role:

The Industrial Operations Strategist will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategies to enhance production capacity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage project initiatives from analysis to execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Production System Planning and Design:
    • Designing and implementing efficient production systems, including workflow, work ergonomics, and resource allocation.
    • Conducting reviews and adjusting process designs to enhance production capacity and cycle efficiency.
  • Production Process Analysis:
    • Performing in-depth analysis of each production process to identify potential waste and opportunities for improvement.
    • Implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce cycle time, increase efficiency, and reduce production costs.
    • Analyzing ongoing and planned production processes from the perspective of method, technical aspects, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Research, Innovation, and Technology Implementation:
    • Identifying and evaluating new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
    • Implementing technologies into production operations with a long-term orientation.
  • Production Management and Team Performance:
    • Determining KPIs to measure and monitor production performance.
    • Conducting data analysis to identify production performance factors and implement improvements.
    • Supporting and encouraging technical competency development programs for production staff.
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 13 years of experience in production management with a deep understanding of factory operational methodologies.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and senior management.
