**Job Title:** Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general accounting, taxations, and month close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GST, TDS, and VAT GL reconciliations, open items clearing, and posting adjustment journals.
  • Oversee the general accounting team and ensure accurate tax-related journal postings in the books of accounts.
  • Ensure smooth month-end close as per Diageo India reporting guidelines and adhere to relevant CARM controls.
  • Support statutory audit schedule preparation according to external audit team requirements.
  • Process standard and ad-hoc journals, including provisions, accruals, reclass, and recharge, applying business judgment and context.
  • Proactively suggest improvements and control points to enhance accounting processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University graduate with B Com, CA Inter/ICWAI Inter/MBA.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in F&A BPO or other industries.
  • Deep understanding of accounting concepts related to general accounting, taxation, and month-end processes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in SAP.
