Cybersecurity Solutions Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will drive revenue growth and expansion in your region by owning and achieving targets for cybersecurity services. You will prospect and close medium to large enterprise deals across various verticals, leveraging your network of senior-level executives to drive pipeline from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and achieving revenue targets for SOC, VAPT, GRC, ASM services.
  • Prospecting and closing medium to large enterprise deals across verticals.
  • Conducting discovery, mapping customer needs, and pitching tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to scope managed services and advisory solutions.
  • Presenting value through demos, whiteboards, PoVs, and workshops.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Representing the company in client meetings, partner forums, and industry events.
  • Working with channel partners to co-sell and expand regional presence.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in solution/technology sales, with 5+ years in cybersecurity (preferred).
  • Experience selling MSSP, SOC, or security consulting services is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with MDR, SIEM, VAPT, Threat Intel, EDR/EPP, Cloud Security.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud architectures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about cybersecurity.
