Lead Visual Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Visual Designer to spearhead our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this key role, you will define the design language, develop brand guidelines, and lead a small creative team while maintaining hands-on high-quality design work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Leadership and mentorship of a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Design and oversight of social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaboration with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Development and streamlining of creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Staying ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Leading brainstorming sessions and inspiring breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance of hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand / agency ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on emotional quotient.
