We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud-based initiatives. With 10-12 years of experience in cloud engineering, the successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI platforms, cloud security, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable architecture patterns, ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure with industry best practices. Key skills required for this role include:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in cloud engineering
  • AI Platforms: Understanding of AI platforms in a cloud environment (Vertex AI, CoPilot, Sagemaker, Bedrock)
  • Platform Availability: Ensuring that the AI Platform (Vertex AI) is available and functioning as expected
  • Security: Ensuring that public models are exposed securely and that the platform follows industry best practices for security and governance
  • Cloud Platform: Proficiency in Cloud Platforms with an understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Infrastructure as Code: Intermediate proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation
  • Network and Security: Advanced understanding of network and security principles
  • Linux: Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL)
  • DevSecOps: Advanced skills in DevSecOps practices, with a focus on shift-left thinking and zero-touch automation

Desirable skills include SAFe, BDD, and programming knowledge. A background in Agile methodologies would be beneficial.
