Job Summary

  • As a skilled Clinical Lab Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of Laboratory Data Management tasks for awarded studies. You will work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data reports that meet external client requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical lab data expertise, collaborating with the LDM team to develop and maintain laboratory data management tasks.
  • Create and review all necessary data management documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Understand and adhere to core standard operating procedures and working instructions, promoting quality and efficiency in your work.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with the LDM team, serving as a backup for other Data Team Leads when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in DM expertise, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Ensure service and quality meet agreed-upon timelines and deliverables in data transmission agreements, performing quality checks on data files before transmission.
  • Record evidence of the data transmission process from data file definition to closure of study, maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure all specification and design documentation are filed and stored according to company policy.
  • Address and resolve internal and external customer queries in a timely and effective manner, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the functional manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Manage the delivery of projects through the full data management study lifecycle, from setup to lock.
  • SUPPORTS THE IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF SERVICE LEVEL ISSUES, AS WELL AS THE PROACTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF CONTINGENCY PLANS TO MITIGATE LABORATORY RISK.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, scientific teams, data managers, and internal team members to manage issue escalation, workload projections, and provide technical expertise.
  • Interact and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and quality issues, identify and justify out-of-scope client requests, and assist the internal team with data entry, review, and validation of laboratory reports.
  • Perform comprehensive quality control and edit check procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • SUPPORTS SERVICE DELIVERY WITH COMPREHENSIVE PROCESS AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE IN EXECUTING PROJECTS WHICH INCLUDES IDENTIFYING AND RESOLVING ISSUES. EFFECTIVELY WORKS ON CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PLANS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.E, B.Tech, B.Pharma)
  • Computer Science with Software Configuration and Validation experience Required
