**Job Title:** Network Team Lead

**Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our network team. As a key member of our technical operations group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud network infrastructure. Your expertise in software defined networking (SDN) and experience with virtualization will be instrumental in driving the success of our private cloud initiative.**Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architect and design cloud network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, flexibility, and performance.
  2. Maintain and manage equipment, including physical and SDN network frameworks.
  3. Ensure SLAs are met and provide expert guidance to the team on network-related matters.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and drive business outcomes.
  5. Oversee a team of network engineers, providing mentorship and feedback to ensure their growth and development.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  7. Develop and deliver differentiated solution presentations and technical proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.
**Requirements:
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in data center networking, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless.
  • Strong fundamentals in WAN & Routing technologies, security technologies, switching, and QoS.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring protocols and tools, as well as SDN technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proven experience in handling a team of at least 4 people.
