Job Title - Global Services Supply Chain Logistics Analyst - Grade 4 - Logistics Specialist

Years of Experience :

  • 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Expertise in working with diverse Global Teams - Multi-Cultural Environments.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple Suppliers (Third-Party Logistics Providers).
  • Proficient in India export and import operations, vendor spend analytics related to logistics functions, 3PL operations, reverse logistics with SAP background.

Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in Operations Management and Supply Chain.

Mandatory Skills required to excel in the role:

  • Strong understanding of Freight and Customs Regulations.
  • Excellent data evaluation and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • High energy levels, strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to meet tight deadlines without supervision.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively cross-functionally and adapt to multi-cultural teams.
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Knowledge of India local trade compliance / regulations (Repair and Return shipments and Permanent Import/Export).
  • Understanding of repair and return (S4S) shipments.
  • Liaison with 3PL vendors.
  • Liaison with contract manufacturers in relations to repair and return.
  • Monitoring statuses of domestic/International movement.
  • Familiarity with reporting & dashboard tools to support the automation team in project development (Tableau, Power BI or other Analytics Platforms preferred)
  • Knowledge on India GR Wavier creation and closure process.
  • Responsible for processing vendor invoices and monitoring payment statuses.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP systems (tcodes, navigation, tables)
  • Functional experience in Logistics, warehouse operations and order processing
