Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Land Rover Navnit Motors located in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about Land Rover vehicles and services.
The Telecaller will also have a target of daily customer calling and conversion. Key responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Respond to inbound calls and missed calls promptly and professionally
- Maintain a record of all calls and customer interactions
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information or catalog of the products
- Schedule follow-up calls and build relationships with prospective clients
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and customer engagements
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles and services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
