We are seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing mid/large scale migration projects and possess expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple Transition projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams globally to establish robust governance, track deliverables, and report status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, capture learning, and reinforce best practices in subsequent projects.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to internal managers on our Transition methodology and approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 16+ years of IT project management experience, focusing on non-financial functions (with some application and infrastructure) delivery and migration.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
