This is an exciting opportunity to join our engineering team as a Sr. Software Engineer and contribute to the development of AI-powered RCM automation.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with our architect and developers to accelerate the delivery of next-generation AI workflows.

This hands-on role involves coding daily, optimizing Azure infrastructure, and building agentic AI workflows.

You will be responsible for improving API performance, automating RCM human workflow processes, and driving AI adoption across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ai & Workflow Development: Build AI agents using LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Cloud & Infra Optimization: Take ownership of Azure infrastructure, cost optimization, and performance.
  • Product Architecture & Coding: Deliver APIs and data pipelines (Python, PySpark, REST).
  • Reliability & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated regression testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years of hands-on coding in Agentic AI dev work, .NET stack, Docker, Python, PySpark, distributed systems.
  • Strong expertise with Azure (Databricks, Functions, Storage, Cost Optimization).
  • Proven experience building AI/LLM-driven applications in production.
  • Track record of improving API reliability and scaling infra.
