Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash received from customers, following up on past-due payments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Apply cash received to customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner\
  • Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments and resolve any discrepancies\
  • Assist with incoming customer payment allocation requests\
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes\
  • Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances\
  • Address payment issues such as double payments or other discrepancies\
  • Produce regular reports to accurately track financial information\
  • Test new implementations and changes to the SAP system environment\
  • Follow up on remittances with customers and understand adjustments in payments like WHT, Forex impact\
  • Essential Qualifications:\
    • \
    • Commerce graduate with MBA or CA Inter with 4-5 years of O2C experience\
    • Experience in S4 and SAP is preferred\
    • Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred\
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)\
    • Strong understanding of the OTC process\
    • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills\
    • Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently\
    • Proven track record in meeting deadlines\
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously\
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills\
    • Proficient in using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency\
    • Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results\
