Job Title: Talent Operations Associate

The Talent Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting the consulting team to deliver exceptional results to clients.

This position requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active communication with the consulting team and internal stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to understand and analyze administrative requirements including scheduling meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring seamless execution of client projects.
  • Support invoicing closure and calendar management, maintaining accurate records and timely updates.
  • Provide back-end support to enable smooth execution and implementation of client projects.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness of consulting projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures, upholding high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPIs and timely execution of SLAs, continuously improving processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, HR, or operations.
