Cluster Business Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Cluster Leadership - Oversee bancassurance operations across multiple bank branches within the assigned cluster, ensuring consistent service delivery and sales processes.
• Team Development - Lead, coach, and develop relationship managers and sales personnel across cluster branches to maximize their selling potential and product knowledge.
• Performance Optimization - Drive Gross Written Premium targets and revenue goals through strategic planning, monitoring, and implementing corrective actions across the cluster.
• Market Analysis - Track and analyze key performance indicators including conversion rates, policy renewals, customer acquisition, and individual team member productivity.
• Business Growth - Achieve customer acquisition targets, cross-selling objectives, and market penetration goals while maintaining compliance and service quality standards.
