Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Leadership Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and sharing our story across various platforms, including YouTube, social channels, and the press.

This involves developing and executing an end-to-end YouTube strategy that combines in-depth explainers, interviews with market experts, and short-form trend videos.

You will also plan and publish content on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to bring our research to life, spark conversations among investors, and turn followers into brand advocates.

Your key responsibilities will include translating complex market analysis into clear and engaging articles, infographics, newsletters, and social posts for users of our platform.

You will build strong relationships with financial journalists and media outlets to secure thought leadership pieces and maintain our brand's visibility.

Additionally, you will collaborate with research analysts, product marketing, design, and video production teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a compelling brand voice in every piece of content.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in content leadership within the financial services or B2B sectors.
  • Proven ability to turn complex research into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Experience with YouTube creation, including tracking evolving formats, features, and viewer habits.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on testing, learning, and pivoting based on performance and feedback.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, whether collaborating with analysts, journalists, or team members.
  • Ability to mentor and grow writers, editors, and producers through coaching and feedback.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to experiment and thrive in a dynamic environment.
