Credit Initiation LeadJob Overview:

As a key member of the Retail Risk Operations team, you will be responsible for executing strategic direction and managing country Credit Initiation activities and processes effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide inputs in shaping the Retail Risk Operations strategic direction, working closely with in-country stakeholders to deliver against the Retail Risk Operations strategic initiative.
  • Business Optimization: Optimize operating efficiency while balancing the effectiveness of file processing within the Retail Risk Operations function, ensuring robust capacity plans are delivered through rigorous cost management discipline.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure credit files are processed while adhering to process standards defined by CCO, leading and driving standardization, automation, and consolidation through re-engineering and process improvement initiatives, leveraging and building credit assessment infrastructure capability to optimize process efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify and share industry best practices, monitoring application quality and providing timely inputs to in-country stakeholders for optimizing risk and reward relationships, ensuring all Credit Initiation policies and procedures comply with Group Policies and Standards.
  • Governance: Ensuring compliance with highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements, embedding the Group's values and code of conduct in Credit Initiation to ensure adherence to highest standards of ethics and compliance among employees forms part of the culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in strategy development and execution. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
