We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our Marketing department.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and fueling business growth.

  • Establish a robust online presence through targeted campaigns and market research initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy joint marketing initiatives with industry leaders.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, social media content, blog posts, and web content updates.
  • Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Plan and integrate marketing calendars with other business initiatives.
  • Create engaging content, including writing, posting, and boosting as needed.
  • Monitor and track blog posts across social media platforms using sponsored updates.
  • Coordinate meetings with target accounts and qualified leads.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition and sales pitch.
  • Provide ongoing market feedback reports and recommendations for positioning and outbound strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records.
  • Deliver weekly reports on challenges, successes, and progress against plan.
  • Provide bi-weekly insights into prospect technology needs and feature requests.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
