Senior Technology Transformation Specialist

This position requires a highly skilled professional to drive technology transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and executing complex projects, as well as supporting the development of training programs and communications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to influence stakeholders without authority. Experience in running workshops and facilitation sessions is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning and execution for new processes and standards.
  • Manage planning and development of training programs and communications.
  • Define requirements and document approaches for new processes.
  • Drive adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Analyze current state and desired to-be state of focus areas/workstreams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities in technology roles, business analysis, or project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and organizational agility.
  • Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
