Key Role: Sr. Consultant

A highly skilled and experienced Sr. Consultant is sought to join our Insights & Advisory team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead secondary research, insights, data collection, collation, and analysis in public health areas.
  • Manage client relationships, providing proactive solutions for business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and deploy strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary and secondary research.
  • Create high-quality deliverables such as dashboards, presentations, technical briefs, research papers, and abstracts.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Public Health or a related field.
  • Exceptional consulting, research, M&E, data analysis, and writing abilities.
  • Strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment experience is desirable.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative knowledge with data extraction skills.
  • Familiarity with analytical software like STATA, R, Atlas ti, and Power BI.
  • Literature reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis expertise is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, across language, cultural, and distance barriers.
  • Microsoft Office applications proficiency.
