Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex business intelligence solutions using Looker and LookML. They will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust business intelligence models using LookML.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Looker.
  • Connect to various data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Azure SQL) and define relationships and data transformations within LookML.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize LookML code and Looker queries for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying business intelligence solutions with Looker and LookML.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Azure SQL) and data modeling principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage tasks effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
