We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Automation Tester. In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices, with expertise in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Cucumber.

As an Automation Tester, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using appropriate automation tools and frameworks. You will execute automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications, identify and report defects using bug tracking tools, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS, IT, ETC) or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Applications (MCA), 4+ years of experience as an Automation Tester or similar role, and excellent communication and documentation skills. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices, proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools, experience in designing and developing automation test scripts, solid understanding of test automation frameworks and their implementation, familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines, good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and documentation skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
